About

Demien Construction

History

Demien Construction established its commitment to quality through two generations of building for a better community. Ralph Demien and his brother, Lindell Hindersman, laid the company foundation in 1956. Wentzville Construction, as it was known then, focused primarily on residential home building. As the company grew, its focus shifted more toward commercial construction projects. In 1984, the company was rebranded as Demien Construction. Under the direction of his sons, David, Russell, and Mark, the company continued to grow and expand into the commercial construction industry. In 2004 his nephew, Larry Juern, joined the organization bringing with him extensive experience in commercial/industrial construction management. Today, he serves as the company's president, committed to upholding the founding principles of excellence that have guided the company from the start.
